Booking on the trips and events run by Liquid Logistics must be made a minimum of 7 days before the event.
This is to ensure that there is sufficient interest to for the trip to be viable and for arrangements to be made in good time. A number of recent events have been cancelled due to apparant lack of interest although in practice they could have run.
